Details

We currently have only 1 filter - exclude completed from view.
Add another filter views into main menu Something like this:
- View→Filter → 

   [X] No Filter/All Items
   --------------------------
   [ ] Show completed 
   [ ] Show errors only
   [ ] Show downloading only
   [ ] Show canceled or paused only

I am opened to discussion how the filters should be applied...
