Since the program shouldn’t need to restart, the messagebox that is displayed after plugin updates is a bit redundant.

I know it is there for legacy’s sake to let people know the newer version doesn’t need to restart after plugin updates, but now it is getting a bit silly for it to show up to tell us it doesn’t need to reboot and noone will read it if it keeps showing up (make it all the more important that it should only show up when there is an actual error or it actually DOES need to reboot).

So... ignore toggle unless an error or needs reboot, to make it short.

We plan to have 4 possibilities:
1) ask what to do when updates are detected
2) show dialog with updates
3) update automatically + inform about updated and new plugins
4) absolutely quiet

#3 sounds good as long as it is the update dialog with the status for each and the details, but with just an OK button (on same dialog, not a new popup one).

I like to be notified of updates, see what is updated, but the amount of clicking is a bit annoying. A all-in-one dialog that is automatic sounds good to me.
Look forward to it.

I changed the options around a bit. The amount of clicking might still be a bit cumbersome though.
